The BH2C to take part in a round table discussion during the first Aragón Hydrogen Week, organised by the Aragón Hydrogen Foundation.

The Aragón Hydrogen Foundation, in collaboration with the Regional Government of Aragón, is organising the first Aragón Hydrogen Week, to be held from 10 to 14 March 2025 at Caja Rural de Aragón, Zaragoza, Spain. This event marks a key milestone in the commitment of Aragón to decarbonisation and sustainable economic development.

The Aragón Hydrogen Week will provide an opportunity to connect with national and international leaders and experts in the field of hydrogen, to participate in cutting-edge workshops and conferences, and to learn about the latest technologies and projects that are shaping the future of hydrogen.

On Tuesday 11 March, the BH2C will take part in a workshop in English with the main European hydrogen valleys, as part of the presentation of the Hydrogen Territories Platform Tool and the 3rd Forum of the Ebro Hydrogen Corridor. The workshop will be held in the Columns Room of the Caja Rural de Aragón building at 09:00h.

After the launch of the Hydrogen Territories Platform Tool, the presentation of the European hydrogen valleys will begin with an overview of the lessons learned so far and the challenges facing the most advanced hydrogen valleys. After a networking coffee break, the focus will shift to possible ways of overcoming the challenges identified above. The hydrogen valley co-funding schemes will also be presented during this first part of the morning.

During the second part of the day, the role of EU regions in hydrogen valleys through the S3 EU H2V Partnership will be explained, followed by a presentation of the National Alliance of Hydrogen Valleys. BH2C will take part in a round table discussion on the hydrogen valleys of the Basque Country, Navarre, Aragón and Catalonia. After a brief speech about industry in these regions, the day will be brought to a close.
