BH2C explains to a trade mission from Japan its initiatives in the field of hydrogen.
Basque Trade & Investment (the Basque Internationalisation Agency) organised a trade mission in Bilbao on Wednesday, 12 July, with around twenty Japanese companies, with a view to developing cooperation in the field of hydrogen and boosting business relations between the two countries. At the event, Aitor Arzuaga, General Manager of Alba Free Energy, outlined the initiatives being taken by Petronor-Alba in the field of hydrogen. In turn, Iñigo Ansola, General Manager of EVE, also provided the Japanese representatives with comprehensive information on the different activities and projects being taken forward by the Basque Hydrogen Corridor (BH2C). The purpose of the trade mission was to introduce Basque companies to business opportunities in Japan, through some of the most relevant Japanese companies in the hydrogen energy value chain, and to promote two-way Basque-Japanese understanding and business partnerships, both on a national and international level, boosting interest in Japanese investment in the Basque Country and vice versa, and current business development activities in the hydrogen sector.
