H2SAREA, finalist for best Hydrogen initiative at the El Periódico de la Energía 2024 Awards.

The H2SAREA project, led by Nortegas and with ABC Compressors, Erreka, Fidegas, H2SITE, Orkli, Tecnalia, CNH2 and Ikerlan as project partners, has been selected as a finalist in the category of Best Hydrogen Initiative in the prestigious El Periódico de la Energía 2024 awards.

From among more than 200 nominations, H2SAREA has been selected as one of the 44 finalists in the different categories. The award ceremony will be on 26 June at Caixaforum in Madrid, during La Noche de la Energía (Energy Night).

The H2SAREA project is focused on developing advanced technological solutions for the safe distribution of hydrogen in the natural gas network. For Nortegas, this recognition is further proof of its commitment to innovation and the transition to clean energy.
