Irizar's hydrogen bus successfully completes the EU procedure for hydrogen vehicle type approval.

IDIADA, the Industrial Vehicle Approval, Powertrain, Occupational Health and Safety company, has successfully completed both the procedure for EU type approval and the associated partial approvals for the Basque manufacturer IRIZAR i6S Efficient Hydrogen model.

The company carried out a series of exhaustive tests, ensuring the correct installation and performance of the hydrogen storage system and its components, with safety as top priority.

As a result of this rigorous process of type approval, the hydrogen-powered bus is now approved for use in all EU countries.
