Petronor takes part in the seminar “The energy challenge: what are we up against?”

José Ignacio Zudaire, Deputy CEO of Petronor, took part in the seminar on "The energy challenge: what are we up against?", where he presented the different initiatives being taken forward as part of the Petronor decarbonisation strategy. In his address, Mr. Zudaire highlighted the importance of combining the energy transition with industrial activity, a key element of the Basque economy. In this respect, he also pointed out that the transition is "an excellent opportunity for technological and industrial development for companies such as Petronor, which is committed to delivering the goal of net zero emissions by 2050". At the conference, organised by the Association for the Advancement of Management, Mr. Zudaire took part in a panel discussion on "The energy challenge ahead", specifically emphasising the opportunities that renewable hydrogen brings to the decarbonisation of the economy.
