The Basque Hydrogen Corridor (BH2C) will be a Platinum Sponsor of the European Hydrogen Energy Conference (EHEC) 2024, to be held in Bilbao from 6 to 8 March 2024. The EHEC is the leading European conference in the hydrogen sector. Held every two years, the EHEC brings together experts, researchers and industry leaders in the field of hydrogen, providing a platform for sharing the latest advances, innovations and developments in hydrogen-based technologies. The Bilbao event is expected to be attended by 1,100+ professionals and to feature over 50 exhibiting companies and 200 speakers. José Ignacio Hormaeche, Board Member of the BH2C, will participate as a speaker in Plenary Session 3 "Cross-sectoral synergies: The role of hydrogen valleys", which will take place on 7 March from 11:30 to 13:00, in the Auditorium. Izaskun Gorostiaga, in her role as leader of the Transport, Distribution and Storage Vertical of the BH2C, will also present the abstract "Renewable hydrogen: Basque leadership for energy transition", in Parallel Session 1 (Roadmaps, Strategies and Networks) on 6 March, the first day of the conference, from 16:30 to 16:50 in Room 1A. In addition, the BH2C will also be present on a joint stand organised by the Energy Cluster in the exhibition area of the fair, where visitors will be able to learn first-hand about specific actions being taken forward in the hydrogen ecosystem in the Basque Country to advance in the decarbonisation of the energy, mobility and different industrial sectors through the development of the hydrogen technology and industrial chain. |
