H2SITE to open a new factory in Bizkaia driven by strong order book growth.

H2SITE, manufacturer of membrane reactors for converting ammonia into hydrogen and enabling its transport, is fast becoming a key player in Basque industry as a result of its rapid positioning and market growth. The company from Bizkaia has a portfolio of contracts worth around 13 million euros pending execution and is looking to close around 10 million euros more business, with customers such as Enagás, shipyards, ports, shipowners and large ammonia producers.

With this in mind, H2SITE plans to further boost the production ecosystem imminently by constructing a new, larger-capacity production plant. This new plant, located in the Zamudio area, will increase the company's production capacity to take on new contracts.

The forecast is to incorporate around 200 people in three years, a growth that will be supported shortly by a new round of financing.
