H2SITE selected as Top Innovator in Hydrogen 2024 by the consulting firm Darcy Partners.
H2SITE has been selected as a Top Innovator 2024 in the hydrogen sector by Darcy Partners, a technology exploration and innovation consulting firm serving the energy industry. Darcy Partners' study is backed by the company's more than 10,000 Connect users, taking into account customer feedback and the growing interest in H2SITE solutions.
This recognition highlights the Basque company's commitment to technological innovation and solving critical challenges in the energy sector. Being named technology pioneers reflects the impact of H2SITE's solutions for hydrogen separation and purification, demonstrating their effectiveness and potential to address the challenges of hydrogen transportation.
H2SITE technology consists of a fluidised-bed membrane catalytic reactor for the on-site generation of high-purity, low-cost renewable hydrogen, which reduces the four classic SMR stages by carrying out the reaction and separation in a single phase, minimising installation and maintenance costs. This enables its use for stationary applications (industrial uses, combined electricity and heat generation, among others), for isolated areas that require energy and for mobility.
