Repsol, Vanesa Gil from the Aragon Hydrogen Foundation and Ager Prieto from Sener, winners of the RENMAD Hydrogen Awards.

Repsol, the Aragon Hydrogen Foundation and Sener have been recognised for their contribution to the Spanish hydrogen sector at the RENMAD Hydrogen Awards, held as part of the first Aragón Hydrogen Week from 10 to 14 March. More than 1,200 professionals from the sector took part in the voting process for the award winners at the 2025 edition of the RENMAD Hydrogen Awards.

Repsol received the Renewable Hydrogen Promoter of the Year Award for its work promoting the development of green hydrogen and a decarbonised and competitive economy. Vanesa Gil Hernandez, Head of R&D at the Aragon Hydrogen Foundation and researcher at ARAID, won the award in the category of Renewable Hydrogen Woman of the Year, for her achievements and work in the hydrogen sector. Finally, Ager Prieto Elorduy received the award in the category of Renewable Hydrogen Personality of the Year for his work and dedication to disseminating technological advances in the production, storage and transportation of hydrogen through the newsletter ‘Energy Analysis’.
