Students from the Master's Degree in Hydrogen Technologies visit Petronor.

Students from the second inter-university Master's Degree in Hydrogen Technologies have visited Petronor. The group, who were welcomed by the Director of Petronor Innovation, Manu Núñez, were given extensive information on the Basque Hydrogen Corridor in general, and on the projects led by Petronor in particular. They also had the opportunity to visit in situ the different facilities of the refinery and the Control Room.

This master's degree is the result of an initiative triggered and led by the Basque Hydrogen Corridor (BH2C) knowledge classroom. On the teaching side, participants include university lecturers and experts from the technology and research centres of the twelve driver organisations, as well as renowned industry professionals.

The practical component of the course is a core aspect of this training programme, as all participants do practical work with simulation packages and technical visits to companies as well as face-to-face practical work in the laboratory to test the concepts and tools under analysis. The training culminates with a final master's degree project applied to a real challenge, with a priority objective: to contribute to progress in real company environments in the field of hydrogen technologies.
